Food diary
Which ingredient keeps making you sick?
You eat, you feel awful, and the label is a list of words. Sick Savvy is the diary that keeps those lists. Log the meal and how you felt. It counts what shows up every time.
Log the meal
Search a product, photograph the packet, or type what you remember. A meal from last week is as useful as one you just ate.
Say how you felt
One incident can hold every meal from the hours before. A coffee, then a pie an hour later, can both stay on it until you know which one.
See the pattern
Sick Savvy lines the ingredient lists up. The thing in several sick meals, and missing from a meal that felt fine, is the one it shows you.
A short example
Three pies, three sick afternoons. Toast with wheat flour was fine, so the flour was not the pattern. The thickener in every pie was.
- Beef piethickener 1442😣 Sick
- Sausage rollthickener 1442😣 Sick
- Chicken piethickener 1442😣 Sick
- Toast and butterwheat flour✓ Fine
What you can record
Search something like Dare iced coffee and Open Food Facts fills the ingredients, additives and allergens. Or photograph the packet. The text is read on your phone, and you can correct a word before it is saved.
Sick Savvy shows a pattern. It does not tell you a food is safe, and it does not diagnose.
